Copyright Notice

Neither the whole or part of any information or material displayed in any Portal (collectively referred to as "Information"), including any underlying code or programming, may be printed out, copied, downloaded, duplicated, adapted, transmitted, emailed, forwarded, distributed, sold, licensed, dealt with or reverse-engineered without the prior written permission of CSWA, except for Information that is printed from a PRINT function within that Portal (for example, not from a print function in the user's web browser).

Any other Trademarks, Copyrighted information and/or any other intellectual property ("Other Marks") that may be mentioned in a Portal and which is not the property of CSWA, is the property of that Other Mark's respective owner whether mentioned by name or not.

Permitted Information

Subject to the requirement that you only print Information from a PRINT function within a "Portal", you are permitted to view, copy, print, forward and distribute the Information contained in that Portal provided that the Information is not on-sold, otherwise traded for value or used inconsistently with the terms and conditions pursuant to which the Information was provided and subject to your agreement that:

You will not modify the Information or any graphics contained within the Portal; and
You will display the copyright notice (Copyright © Clerking Services (WA) Pty Ltd) on all Information used from any Portal.
